利用規約

この利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます。）は、当方が提供するホームページ、Webアプリケーション、スマートフォン向けアプリケーション（以下、総称して「本サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。

本サービスをご利用いただく前に、必ず本規約をお読みいただき、同意の上でご利用ください。

第1条（適用）

1. 本規約は、ユーザーと当方との間の本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。
2. 当方は本サービスに関し、本規約のほか、ご利用にあたってのルール、ガイドライン等（以下「個別規定」といいます。）を定めることがあります。これらは本規約の一部を構成するものとします。

第2条（利用登録）

1. 一部のサービスでは、ユーザー登録が必要となる場合があります。
2. 登録希望者は、当方の定める方法により登録申請を行い、当方がこれを承認した時点で、利用契約が成立するものとします。
3. 虚偽の情報での登録は禁止します。

第3条（禁止事項）

• 犯罪行為に関連する行為
• 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
• 他のユーザーの情報を不正に収集・利用する行為

• 当方または第三者の知的財産権・プライバシー・名誉等を侵害する行為

第4条（本サービスの提供の停止）

当方は、以下の場合にユーザーへの事前通知なしに本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することがあります：

• システムの保守点検や更新を行う場合
• 地震・火災・停電などの不可抗力によりサービス提供が困難となった場合
• その他、当方がサービスの停止を必要と判断した場合

第5条（著作権）

1. 本サービスに含まれるコンテンツ（文章・画像・動画・プログラム等）の著作権は、当方または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。
2. ユーザーは、当方の許可なくこれらを転載・複製・配布・改変等することはできません。

第6条（利用制限・登録抹消）

当方は、以下の場合には事前通知なくユーザーに対し、本サービスの全部または一部の利用を制限、もしくは登録を抹消することができます：

• 本規約のいずれかの条項に違反した場合
• 登録情報に虚偽の内容があった場合
• その他、当方がユーザーとして不適当と判断した場合

第7条（免責事項）

1. 当方は、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性等が含まれます。）がないことを保証しません。
2. 当方は、本サービスの利用によってユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、一切の責任を負いません。ただし、当方の故意または重過失による場合はこの限りではありません。

第8条（サービス内容の変更・終了）

当方は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、本サービスの内容を変更、追加、または廃止することができます。

第9条（利用規約の変更）

当方は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなく、本規約を変更することができます。変更後に本サービスを利用した場合には、当該変更に同意したものとみなします。

第10条（準拠法・管轄）

1. 本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。
2. 本サービスに関連して紛争が生じた場合には、当方所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Language Priority Clause

In the event of any discrepancies between the Japanese and English versions of these Terms, the Japanese version shall prevail.
